Early Years
LPS manufacturing unit established in the Year 2016 with over decades of experience in the sheet metal manufacturing industry. LPS started with a single power press and associated with ATL, Mahindra CIE, Etc. the manufacturing and processing behemoth, for small punching jobs. Soon, LPS started to flourish with the inclusion of a few more machines in the next years, it has expanded its capabilities. From manufacturing small-sized press components, it was branched out into bending parts as well. In 2017, LPS further expanded horizons and undertook the business of powder coating - a batch type plant at Sinnar MIDC for the coating of small press parts. Throughout the journey, The Company never stopped learning. Its expansion took place alongside the learning process
Recently LPS Services bagged an export customer Arrow Tru Line, USA having various types of press and assembly components. LPS added all China & Taiwan business of Arrow tru Line (ATL) in its own feather. LPS is one of the major contributors for Arrow Tru Line, USA.
Infrastructure
LPS has two industrial set-ups for this commodity, one in Satpur MIDC and the other in Sinnar MIDC having 7500 sq. ft. area in MIDC. With a range of strengths between 10 T to 100 T, It has a combined unit of power presses to undertake all types of commercial-level punching assignments. Sets of Press Brakes, NC Press Brakes and CNC Press Brakes equip us to do all kinds of bending operations
LPS also have the CNC Turret Punch Press (Make Amada and Model - Wipro's /AE 2510 NT) both for punching work in metal sheets. To assemble the parts into a whole, it has even equipped with a set up for spot welding.
